Health & Safety Policy

TGE believes that effective Health, safety and Environmental (HSE) Management is an integral part of our business and is essential to our long –term success. TGE strives to achieve this by:

  • Providing strong & visible leadership and commitment in HSE matters.
  • Complying with the regulations set forth by WSH Council and other local Government Agencies as well in the matters related to healthy safety and Environment.
  • Promoting and maximizing HSE awareness through continuous training to our employees at various levels.
  • Identifying Health & Safety risks to people and environmental impact arising from our operations and either eliminating them or managing them to levels that are as low as reasonably practicable.
  • Monitoring HSE performance of individuals to determine compliance with our HSE Management system and keeping records to that effect to achieve continual improvement.
  • Recording areas of non- compliance and addressing them through corrective actions and employee training.
  • Investigating and reporting all HSE related accidents, likewise we will identify our environmental interactions and will use processes, practices, materials or products that will avoid, reduce or control pollution in line with present legal and other obligations as far as reasonably practicable.

All Managers, Engineers and Supervisor shall ensure that all employees assigned to their teams, subcontractors and visitors are made aware of our HSE management System and maintain compliance an all our projects and offices. Each employee is expected to ensure proper implementation of this policy.
